I was assigned to support 2 roles - OOH (Out of Hours) Engineer and CCE (Customer Care Engineer). Briefly, I would say the two roles are: Being an Out of Hours (OOH) Engineers, amongst the responsibilities are to perform maintenance work on customer systems as requested and booked by Customer Care Engineers (CCEs). As for being a CCE, in 1 sentence, I would be expected to manage the customer.
