There was a violation of commitment by webmindsindia. After we awarded the project to them, they increased the agreed quote from $70 to $250. And as we cant afford so much we canceled the project. So necessary action must to be taken against them and they should be bared from bidding as they wasted our time. Also they have download our all project details and we fear of security for the same.. And we want the project fee of $3 taken for it to be refunded to our account as well. if i will get a chance to rate such bidder i will rate negative 5 (-5). regards

Proyect cancelled with both parties agreement due to encrypted files in program. Job could not be done, but not due to freelancer. He helped, and answered emails in a timely maner.
