Performance Dashboard

This project reached over 3,000 field technicians with daily performance statistics pulled from a variety of data streams into one coherent visual interface. In addition to providing performance statistics for individual technicians, it provided aggregate statistics for supervisors, and managers. It included targeting functionality which empowered leadership throughout the organization to set and track performance goals through an interactive web application.
