It was a time wasting. When you explain everything to a freelancer, you expect him/her to deliver your request on time. I asked him if he is capable to do it on time and of course he confirmed that. After 4 days from the deadline he rejected the project and said sorry, I can't do it. I don't recommend him to work in complicated projects, as his abilities with Simulink and Matlab very limited.
