Human Resources Report Writing Essay

I chose this guy because he said he was a native writer from London. It is very clear from his writing that he is NOT a native writer. Even after lying to me I still gave him a second chance to do the writing to a good academic standard. Result: He never delivered the project and now I have an angry client. What a complete waste of space this writer is. This is my first bad experience on Freelancer!!!!
