I've studied Swedish for four years and Norwegian for two and a half years in university. In high school, I undertook an extensive and intensive 5-year-course in English, including one year of American and British literature respectively.
I have translated two toolkits from English to Bulgarian on the topic of global education - '6 Steps to Global Citizenship', part of the project GlobaLab, and 'Global Education Goes Pop', part of the project Global Education Goes Local (GEGL).
During my years in university, I have translated parts of Swedish and Norwegian books into Bulgarian, which have not been published anywhere. I have also translated various types of texts for class.
My experience in writing and editing/proofreading comes from the fact that I briefly worked for the local newspaper in my hometown in Bulgaria, and I sometimes write in my blog (in Bulgarian) when muse strikes.
My current position is of an EDD Research Writer, where I use my knowledge of English, Swedish, and Norwegian.
