I have a program we made in Java and C# to take a colored photo and compress it to 1KB. I have the code for both. I am looking for a coder that can re-write to work on Android 4.4 > 5.1. Attached is the PPP we created to describe the program design. Coder must also have experience in RFID technology on a mobile phone.
