That property was leased in 2020 up until now, last year I filed tax for years 2016 -2020 including forms F1120, Schedule G, F4562 depreciation and amortization, and F5472 information return 25 % Foreign Owned US corporation. I want to know if this is the correct way to file, or if I need to file also the 1040NR and not like a corporation? And also, If I had to tell the IRS that I was going to file as a corporation?
