Summary I have a program written in VB6 in 2008 which acts as a VOX recorder and records audio from LineIn/Mic while not recording silent pauses from a police scanner, ham radio, commercial radio or mp3 player. I want to update the look of the program to a dark theme and change the visualizations. The program needs to be rewritten in a more modern language. Program consists of one main window, a settings window and an About window. Program must be compiled to run on 32 bit Windows since it is meant to run on newer and older systems.
