I need an agent based model to assess risk on a pipeline. The pipeline will be protected by a video surveillance system within specified perimeter. If a thief comes into the perimeter, the camera detects and sends information to the operator who will alert security personnel to disrupt their activities. But things can go wrong and the model should be able to simulate errors from camera, operator and time of arrival of security guards.

I have many video files, currently in .264 format (from security surveillance.) 99% of the video is of a (nearly) motionless image. I want you to write a program that goes through the files and 1) identifies the each instance that a big motion occers (i.e. change in the image over a thresh hold) and 2) plays back those instances in a continuous stream, so all I see is the motion parts and 3) allow me to identify which video file I am looking at during the stream. Basically there will be a bunch of files in a folder and your software will plays the motion parts only and tell me which file the motion came from. Your software is ONLY functional., meaning it does NOT need to be pretty. It just needs to do this function.
