Wordpress htaccess malware jobs

I need to get my htaccess form updated and here is why. So my site, let's call it now forwards to - however, I ONLY want the main page to forward. Any of the other pages, such as or I do not want to forward. I understand to do this I need to do a custom htaccess form. I am hosting my site on go if that makes a difference. I'd like the coder to also load the htaccess up and ensure it works as well. Again, I only want the main home page or domain name to forward, none of the other pages.

I have just noticed there is a cron job running on my server every minute to run this file (libexecs), and it has been marked as Malware by imunify360, I need someone help to read this file, what it was doing on my server. And cronjob command was: /bin/bash -c ' ("/home/myweb/.config/libexecs" > /dev/null 2>&1 ); exit'

I have a website where dns is managed by cloudflare. I want to create a subdomain for it. currentl...point to different IP address. But there is an issue that I am not able to resilve and I am short on time. This needs to be done on urgent basis. My blogging website is on wordpress and is hosted on aws on bitnami.
