Professional front end developer - html, css, jquery

We are seeking a professional front end web developer to work on a project long term. We are ONLY looking for professionals who have 4 + years of commercial front end design and development experience.
Our ideal applicant will have strong ability using html & 5, css, jquery, ajax and also php/mysql.
We are wanting to pay GREAT hourly rate for someone who works hard. Strict confidentiality is required, NDA along with other agreements that will need to be signed by the selected freelancer before commencing work.
Please only supply portfolios of your OWN work as we will be checking these for accuracy.
Also do NOT copy and paste your bid, as these will be ignored and deleted. We are also wanting to work with someone who has great communication / english skills.
