Hi,

I was in the process of having a customer registration system designed but the programmer I was using has not been able to complete the task due to illness. You can see the application at [url removed, login to view]

In the first instance I need someone that can design and develop an sql dbase for storing the data in the attached file. I will then ask that the customer registration page is developed around the data. This will be an ongoing project and there will be lots of opportunity for the right candidate.

I will also require a means by which to upload this data. I would prefer this to be as a desktop application in the early days but will later use some kind of http post method as this data comes from an existing sql dbase.
