Need part-time personal assistant- MUST be native English speaker.

I have 2 small busineses and one of them is really taking up most of my time lately. I need someone to answer my phone and e-mails on my behalf, return phone calls, post classified ads, create lists, pay bills, update schedules and databases, basically help me run one business so I can focus on the other one for now.
MUST be reliable, a self starter, honest, hardworking, technologically savvy enough to troubleshoot on your own at least some of the time, and able to work independently without supervision. I will depend heavily on you, if you do great, I will need you even more so this will mean more hours for you. I am on the verge of landing a major client so this will start at 5-10 hrs a week and could soon increase to up to 20-30, long-term, it all depends on performance. To begin, we will do a trial run of 3 hours, just to make sure it works for us both. You MUST be a native English speaker, meaning speaking English as a mother tongue and with no accents, as my clients must be able to understand you easily.
