I need an event calendar for displaying Birthdays. The way I want it to work is as follows: * The calendar would display fixed dates and would reset each year to the new yearly calendar. * The first and last name of each person would display on the date of the birthday * The names would link to a picture and website link with a brief message. (When a person clicks on March 3, for example, a page will appear showing all the names, photos and website links of the people whose name appear on that date.) * Data for this calendar could either be entered in admin or upon completion of a form sent to admin for "pending" approval and then manually "accepted" and placed on the calendar with a click by the administrator. * I would also need a search on the main calendar page that would allow people to put in a first and a last name or either and show them if the person was listed and the date. I am open to your design but or my own. * I will need this installed on my server and all RAC rules would have to apply
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
