1) downloading relevant mp3 from our website 2) obtaining the relevant text according to the mp3 3) Simple editing of the text (line spacing, proper paragraph structure etc) 4) Sometimes adding a sentence to the first and last chapter of the text file according to the mp3 5) saving the text as an html file and naming each chapter according to corresponding mp3 (we will provide instructions after bid acceptance) 6) uploading the text to our ftp we have many titles so bid for blocks of 20 we will pay 90 cents to a dollar per title. If we are happy with your work, we will assign more titles to you. Please bid for blocks of 20 titles
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
