I want to setup a Transparent Proxy on my VPS server.

This is a script I run on my Shared Server.
I want to be able to access that script from any web site running on any server in the WWW.
I want the Client Side headers to pass through.
So this particular URL (whatismyipaddress.com) responds with the Client Side IP address.
