I need a hi resolution rendering of an apartment building. I have PDF blueprints, existing rendering jpgs and photos of the property. I would like a 3d semi-photorealistic rendering from a high angle showing diverse people enjoying the property amenities (picnic area, basketball court, parking lot, etc). The deliverable is a hi-res image (bitmap or uncompressed jpg). We will provide the files and art direction. The first step will be to model the building and environment and then we will help select and angle. The building being rendered is an existing building that is being rehabilitated.
