I am building a website and need to have some data on the site related to cell phones. I also need the images. You will get gathering data from the major cell carrier sites for a variety of zip codes.

now for the data, i want as much as possible but at a minimum
Carrier, Phone Model, Mfg, attributes, main picture, secondary images
please study these sites, make sure you plan to get all of the phones. if there is a zip code requirement for now you can use 77401. we will give you a list of about 10 zip codes during the project to use on the sites that require it.
Parse tool should be in .net unless you have a good reason not to use it. Id also like to be able to get the code and exe from you. I dont mind if you have a console app as long as it works and is commented for major functions.
this data will be going in a db so i think some structured xml would be good for the data and attributes, you can name a folder the model name for the images.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
