DXF format CAD file creation

I am looking for someone to create a DXF format CAD file for me. It will be for of the head of a hammer (Thor's hammer). Dimension are 8.5"x5.5"x5".

I will be available to help consult as to specific specs and dimension and features to winning bidder. Photo of rune circle will be placed and very top of hammer. i will be sole owner of completed file. File must be transfered to me and meet my specs before payment is made.

Also, let me add this design is for the head of hammer only. No handle is needed.

I am attaching more photos. on each working face of the hammer there will be some scroll-work that needs to be done. It will be done on each side 4 times for a total of 8. However it is the same design and will only need to be created once. See photos for example.

The writing on hammer that says, "he who hold this hammer etc..." will NOT be included in this project.There is a little more detail that needs to be done that can be seen in photos attached. For example there are gaps/spaces around the working face on each side of the hammer.

The runes on top of hammer will need to be updated with exact copy of white photo drawing i provided.

i will give everyone time to update or retract bids if needed.

The dxf file will be used on a CNC waterjet machine to mill down a block of metal to the specs of the hammer.
