Mounting structure design for Photo-voltaic panels

Need to design a light steel mounting structure to accommodate PV panels:
The structure at its lowest point should be 2.5 meter high and inclined backward with an inclination of 20 degree.
The width of the structure should be 14 meters , length backwards 11 meters.
panels specifications and a photo of a similar structure is provided.( without the large base)
The structure shall hold 80 panels in portrait format and will be on top of a 4 story building
