Product entry and blogging

Hello,
I really need an assistant who can help me in two things. I am a specialist in study abroad programs. I need an assistant who can help to enter programs to my wordpress system for European universities and write blogs about them. So she/he should have ability both as a marketer in English and enter programs to the system. I will provide all information.
I do not have specific deadline as it is continuous work but I can approximately say 10 blogs in a month and 300-600 product enter per month.
Please let me know if you have someone who knows Wordpress and woocommerce and plus blog writing in English. It would be great to let me know how much will it costs as well.
