Our competitor, ny fore clo [url removed, login to view] (without the spaces), does a much better job of explaining why people should subscribe to their site. They have better marketing copy, and they have it nicely organized into pages with logical links between them. I need a writer who can produce marketing copy of a similar quality. Our company has many of the same advantages as the competitor, but we have some additional unique selling points: * we provide much more data for each property, ranging from building permit records to tax assessment records to a complete title history * we provide maps showing flood zones, demographics of the neighborhood, proximity to subways, school districts, and many others * we provide online tools for searching the foreclosure listings, making lists of them, running comparable sale searches, etc. * we are much, much cheaper 30% of payment will be made upon completion of the studies. 40% upon completion of the first draft of the content, 20% upon completion of the second draft, and 10% after finishing work with the graphic designer. The volume of content should be similar to that found on our local competitor's site *plus* whatever is needed to explain, at a similar level of detail, the advantages of our additional tools (reports, comparable sales, maps) *and* to segment the content by the foursegments. See the "Deliverables" section for the exact work to be done. We will give the deliverables to our graphic designer who will handle all HTML and CSS coding for layout, formatting, and styling.

## Deliverables

The successful bidder will do the following: * will study the competitor listed above along with some national competitors (realty [url removed, login to view], forecl [url removed, login to view]). Will create an analysis of how each of these markets their services. This analysis will discuss the overall strategy and will also have a complete list of all selling points, a count of the number of paragraphs and pages, a list of all headings. * will study our web site (pro perty shar [url removed, login to view]) and will gain an understanding of the unique tools we offer (property reports, comparables search, maps) * will study the pricing of our site and competitors and will produce a comparative analysis * will write marketing copy that will explain to users the value of our web site and why they should subscribe to us instead of (1) our local competitor, and (2) one of the national competitors. * will arrange this copy into different web pages and indicate the links between them * will indicate where we need to insert screenshots or other graphics * will produce content that can fit the general style and layout of our web site and will indicate how it should be laid out and styled * will check the work of our graphic designer to ensure that it is correct (possibly multiple times if corrections and rechecking are required) * will address four market segments: home-buyers (people who dream, usually unrealistically, of snapping up a house on the cheap), real estate brokers (who want to get the listing to sell the house that is in foreclosure), investors (who specialize in buying and then flipping these houses), and government/non-profits (usually want to offer assistance or aid services to homeowners in distress) * after the content is created, it will be circulated within our company for two weeks to gather comments. the successful bidder will then rework the copy based on the comments * will produce content that is distinctive to our own site, but at the same time establishes that we do all of the things that our local competitor claims that only they do. The content should convey that we do everything they do, *but more*. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
