White paper creation project

We need to create white papers on the following 5 topics:

- Preparing your organization for BPO

- Philipines as an alternate location to India for

BPO

- Outsourcing Models: Fully captive vs Build

operate transfer

- Top 10 concerns of a CIO in making an

- outsourcing decision Picking the right

processes to outsource

Details of the white paper:

1) At least 14 pages long in total

2) First page is blank as cover page

3) last 2 pages for reference of information sources and 'about us' (we will provide the text)

4) 7+ figures including graphs and tables

5) no copy paste from any source directly - the text you provide will be put into a tool which identifies whether each sentence is copied from a website/a report or not.

Support from our side:

- we will help the provider with data gathering with the resources we have.

- the provider needs to ask specific questions to us

How we want to price this project?

- we will accept quotes on all 5 or either one of the 5 topics

- we will pay per white paper so please provide an estimate of how much amount to be paid per paper

- in case we identify that the text is a copy paste from some source, we will not honor the payment

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
