Joomla SOBI2 Categories

I need someone to import geographical categories into 6 top level categories in my SOBI2 directory, based on Joomla. For example the top level category would open to a list of countries, then to region, then to city. Each would need a title and a description importing ie "Widgets in the UK", "Widgets in Hampshire", "Widgets in Basingstoke" for the title, and "Here you will find Widgets in the UK", "Here you will find Widgets in Hampshire" and "Here you will find Widgets in Basingstoke" for the description.

I am looking to address every city in the world ideally, but certainly all of modern Europe, North Africa and the other english speaking countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
