# Overview
A membership website for UK musicians players to register their details and for public to request one or more musicians for their events.

# Requirements
**Dholi Player Membership facility**
1. First month registration is free, subsequent months will be for ?5 a month as a standard order (automatically charged every month) via debit or credit card. Full payment information will be required when joining the site.
2. If a payment is cancelled, the member login account is to be temporarily disabled. Their account details will not be removed from the directory of members but is to be highlighted so they can be identified as members where payment is pending.
3. Members are to be notified of payment receipt by email or text. Further information in the email would provide details on how to create a standing order to the site owner's account.
4. All payments are to be made via Debit, Visa or other bank card. Paypal is not be used.
5. Successful membership registration will result in a welcome email with membership details and benefits (welcome pack)
**Public access and booking system**
1. Customers are to pay via credit or debit card with the option to transfer the funds directly to the site owners accounts with account and sort details provided
2. Email confirmation for successful booking is to be sent to customer which would include terms and conditions

**Homepage**: Pictures, Logo, Latest News,
**Members**: Login Page - then they have access to forums, competitions, they will be able to sell their beats, also information on how they will get paid.
**Musician Search**: Will have the contact form and information on how it works.
**Musician request form**: For customer to submit their request online

**News and Events:** Latest updates and offers
