Promote Facebook iPad contest event

Hi!

I'm a community manager and I will launch a Facebook page contest tomorrow (Feb Wednesday 23rd ). It’s simple; people need to go on our contest Facebook tab, click on “like” and enter their infos to have the chance to win an iPad. I need a freelancer to promote our event that invites people on our Facebook tab.

I need at least 10,000 invitations to people located in the province of Quebec, Canada.

The invitations have to meet these strict points:

- People must speak French

- People mus be located in the province of Quebec, Canada

- The invitations are sent to REAL people. People who are active on Facebook (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon - NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM!

- All people must have 25+ friends and a minimum of 3 photos

- All people must be aged between 24 and 65 years old

- All people must have their status updated that goes back maximum of 30 days

IMPORTANT POINTS:

*Proof of prior relevant work will be advantageous, good references too.

* You will be paid 1 week after the work is done just to see that people are real and not disappearing.

* We have a precious reputation to preserve; your techniques for recruiting friends have to be moral and ethical, we won’t accept unsound or doubtful practices. Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active. You will not be paid if the Facebook account is warned/banned/deleted.

I am looking for a long term supplier for Facebook Fans, i just worked with a scammer (got my money back), so don't bother wasting your time (or mine) if you're not going to deliver results.
