2D Top down Sprite Sheets

I am currently writing a top down 2D shooter and have the following art requirements:

Requirements Summary

png format.

transparent background.

2D.

Top down view from directly above.

Sprites to be north facing (no rotation required).

frames must be in a single row, not column.

each frame must occupy the exact same amount of pixels and have equal spacing.

walking sprite sheets must cover a full walk cycle with enough frames to keep it looking smooth and natural when looped.

at least 128x128 pixels per frame (should be scalable down to 32x32 without losing too much detail).

Should be in a cartoon style.

Sprites Required

Hero:

A Cartoon Army Hero Top Character

Animations: standing, walking, shooting, Waling and Shooting together, throwing grenade, dying, dying2

Also i would require the above with 4 different Guns (Hand Gun, Asault Rifle, Machine Gun.)

Zombies:

Possibly up to 10 different Zombies, EG difference can be colors/cloths, size, accessories etc. Please make about 2 of them with weapons.

Animations without weapon: Standing, Walking, bite, grab, dying1, dying2, dying3(Head Explodes.)

Animations with Weapon : Standing, Walking, Shooting, dying1, dying2, dying3(Head Explodes.)

Proof of past artwork required. Previous experience of sprite sheets preferred.

Please let me know if there is anything else required to get started.
