I have a fairly simple Flash animation project for the header area of a website. I've already had one freelance do this job but I'm not satisfied with the final result. The animation is a simple fading in and fading out of a few images with an accompanying music soundtrack. I will show qualified candidates the animation as it exists now and what i want improved. The problem with the current animation is the transition/fade from one image to the next isn't smooth and consistent enough.
I won't release final payment until I am 100% happy with the result.
