Flash header check-up

I am looking for someone who can look at my header (flash) and find the reason why it is looking good and working in the stand-alone flash-player but does not work after importing it in to html and looking at it through my browser(s): IE and Firefox.

(file is exported to Flash 8.0, my computer has 10.0 installed)

It is not a problem with missing files(I do know a little flash), but maybe something in the coding in the flash.

For an expert probably a piece of cake (0,5 to 1 hour work)
