Simple Flash Loading Bar Animation

I'm in need of a loading bar animation in Flash. The animation will load and then display text upon completion of the loading animation.
I essentially want to mimic this one here: [login to view URL]
However, it should look more modern, web 2.0, maybe the diagonally striped style bar etc, and match the style of this page: [login to view URL]
While the bar is loading the text would say:
Please wait, your site is currently being submitted to [name here]
Where I have [name here] the name will change as the bar loads. I will provide the list of directories that it will change to.
After if finishes loading it will say:
Congratulations your website has been successfully submitted. Please check your email for a full report.
That's all. I'm looking to get this taken care of as soon as possible so please provide examples of your flash animation work and your cost and I will make my decision very quickly.
