French Translation - store items

I have a tab delimited file with 269 products - of which perhaps 140 are properly unique.
The file contains about maybe 25,000 words in total from the product titles/desscriptions (which need translating into french). I need native speakers to translate / improve the language in some cases.
There is HTML, but you can ignore that. I need the file in UTF-8 (which is how it is saved) with the HTML tags intact, but you can change the HTML markup for accents etc.
I need this before 19th November.
