Facebook Spinning Image Game/App w/Admin Panel

We need a Spinning Image Gallery App (SIG) that performs on Facebook, but is linked either to another platform like Wordpress or any other option that will allow us to upload 36 separate urls to be revealed for each of the random spins. Please see the mockup for a visual and then follow along with this explanation.

1. A Facebook visitor goes to one of our Spinning Image Gallery pages on Facebook or SIG Page and they find nothing but a spinning image as depicted in the mockup. A background of a city and the spinning image.

2. Each SIG spins on an axis and lands on one of four sides with each spin; 9 options on each side for a total of 36 options. We need "spin" audio much like a spinning roulette wheel for example. We would also like to have an animated character that reacts to each spin with either laughter, a hmmm, or clapping. When loading the url/graphic for each option, we need the option of setting the appropriate sound effect at least and the appropriate reaction by the graphic animated character if doable. We want this to be funny and engaging and keep the visitor entertained for as long as possible encouraging multiple spins.

3. When the spin is complete and it lands on a side, the visitor clicks on any of the random 9 options on the side facing them to reveal a feature image loaded as a url that pops up in a new window. When it pops up, we want the visitor to be able to share socially, email, save or print immediately.

4. We need some mechanism, Wordpress or otherwise that will allow us to upload 36 urls for the graphics to be revealed on any of the 36 options for the various spins. If it's Wordpress, great. If not, it needs to be a simple enough admin panel so that we can do the work for multiple pages without a lot of hassle.

5. We need each SIG to be separate and distinct. When uploaded to Facebook, each would be by city or by business with the background being the indication of either.

6. We will require ongoing support for this project and will be happy to pay the right person or team to get this right for us right out of the gate.

So as a user (me), I create a SIG App in Facebook. I have the option of uploading a background for the city or business or organization. At my admin panel, I upload 36 separate urls matching up with the 36 potential click throughs on the SIG. I need the ability to change the thumbnail image on each of these 36 boxes as well or the ability to set a color for each. So as I upload an image for Box ONE, I put the image in place, I choose either a color or image for the thumbnail the visitor will see on the spinning wheel for Box ONE, I choose the appropriate audio setting/reaction, I choose the reaction of the animated character if doable, and I save. I do this 36 times and the App is ready for display.

As a visitor, you visit the page, you hit the spin button and the SIG turns on its axis with an audio mimicking a roulette wheel and stops on one of four sides. (Each side should be exposed at least once every four spins.) When it stops, you choose one of the random 9 blocks facing you by clicking on it. The graphic that I loaded from the admin panel pops up and the visitor can share, save, email or print on the spot. When the visitor is through with that spin, they can spin again and again as often as they like.

That's the vision for this project. We need someone who can over perform and we will make it worth their while long term. Thank you.
