Good article and biography writers wanted.

I am looking for few writers who can write good articles and biographies.
The focus currently is on writing biographies of various people. As a writer you should be able to research various information and write the biography in your own words with accurate information, correct grammar and punctuation.
Each article or biography must also accompany 2-3 relevant good quality pictures.
By bidding on this project, you agree to following terms and conditions.
1. You agree not to use automated software to generate articles and biographies.
2. You agree not to use synonym replacing algorithm to write articles and biographies.
3. Each article and/or biography must be 500 words long.
4. You agree not to copy/paste chunks of information from other sites and pass that as your own writing.
5. You agree not to involve in any other unethical activity that would not represent your sincere input in writing article and biography.
6. References must be included in the submission for each article and biography.
Please do include your past work as the sample. I may possibly ask you to write a sample before the project starts.
Please provide estimate for writing a batch of 10 articles.
Expected rate is $2 - $3 per article depending upon quality. The rates may be higher for exceptionally good writers.
Will hire for long term if quality and assurance is high.
