Label design for a water bottle(includes Arabic text)

We need a design for a sticker label to be used in a water bottle, the label will be in the following dimensions with content similar to attached samples:
1- 250 & 330 ml, 30 mm wide, 208 mm Long.
2- 500 ml, 40 mm wide, 208 mm Long.
3- 1500 ml, 50 mm wide, 310 mm Long.
Requirements:
1- Attached are similar samples from our competitors, please use them to get an idea of the design and provide all common elements(bar code, composition and content, bottle size...etc )
2- We will share with you the logo design in different formats including vector image to be used in your design.
3- Please provide different options of the background for this sticker so we can select one of them
4- You will apply the selected sticker to the bottle image, we will share with you the actual bottle image to use it.
5- The selected design must be in a print ready format (vector)
6- All text (Arabic and English) must be editable
