Create New Stock Quote & Forex Page & Page with iframe

OK, simple job here I should think, and quick. I am looking for two pages to be created, both in standard HTML. One is a stock quote and forex page, the other is simply to give me some code that I can plug in to my html page for another page to show. I've tried using <iframe> to no avail, I'm sure a good coder can get it sorted quickly.
The stocks and forex page is up and running now on my site, but I am changing pages. It is currently in a php template page and I don't now how to move the code to HTML. So, I need two tables, no borders, one showing about a dozen stock quotes (which I will provide) and the other showing about a dozen foreign exchange rates (which I will also provide). The key here is that I want the numbers to show by themselves, I don't want any frames or anything that shows its a widget or anything from yahoo, google etc or any other site. I want this: [url removed, login to view] to be in HTML so I can fit it in my new page style, which I will also provide.
SUMMARY:
1. Create stock and forex page in HTML with ticker symbols and forex symbols that I provide.
2. Create <iframe> or other simple html code for this page: [url removed, login to view] to show on my site, in my new html template.
3. Complete job in two days.
