We need an application like [url removed, login to view], which shows information about how popular political parties are on Twitter. The concept is simple - users post tweets with the hashtag commonly used for a party, followed by a plus or a minus, depending on whether they approve or disapprove of a party's actions.
Given two parties, Party 1, commonly associated with hashtag #p1, and Party 2, #p2. If Party 1 did something good, you would post something like "Yay! #p1+" and if Party 2 did something bad, you'd post "Boo! #p2-"
Then the application will get the number of tweets with all those hashtags and generate statistics and charts as seen at the referenced site. Names, hashtags and colors of the supported parties shall be set by the administrator.
