This is user friendly software to manage car rental: reservation and pick up drop off. The software will allow users to book or reserve car online and on mobile. The software will include:
Mobile version interface
Mobile App for Smartphone- Android, IPhone and Blackberry.
All Browser friendly.
SMS Mobile alert for booking : SMS Gateway will be provided by the client.
Payment gateway integration : Third party Payment gateway details will be provided by the client.
Google map integration : Google Map will be integrated to show the Location Names (i.e. Pick-up and Drop-off Locations and shortest root path between the locations)
Compact CRM : Compact CRM will mainly cover the followings:

Issue and Ticket system :
– Visitors can complain their issues through an online issue form.
– A Ticket No will be generated against each Issue registered through Online Issue Form.
– The reply/action taken against this Issue can be subsequently recorded.
– The report on the ISSUE TICKET can be generated.
– If the issue is associated with the VEHICLES, the issue report of the vehicle can be generated.
Content management- CMS : Provision to manage the contents of the application through CMS at the back-end
Secure site : The site will be free from SQL injection, Cross-site scripting, Session Hacking and Password Hacking. Captcha Code will be at all input forms.
Additionally implement third party SECURITY CERTIFICATIONS like “beyond security” to the application.
SEO : The application will be SEO compatible. SEO module will be provided at the back-end to define the SEO details of the pages (i.e. Meta Title, Meta Key Word, Meta Description etc. )
Database backup : Provision will be there at the back-end to take periodic back-up of the Database.
