HTML Creative For Email Marketing - repost

Hi
This is a specific project - only looking to work with someone who has done this before, and has experience (backed up by examples).
We will be running an email marketing campaign for one of our websites.
In other words - we will be emailing thousands of people through our partners, to advertise our website to them in email. The purpose will be to qualify the prospects, and make them click on the buttons/links in the design.
Basically - if you don't know what HTML email creative is, do not bid.
We are looking to work with a serious company/freelancer only, with the aim to forge a long-term relationship.
The aim is to:
1) Creative a persuasive design (we will provide the copy)
2) Attractive design + buttons
3) Creative must match our website colours/design, and the message we are sending out
I am looking forward to some quality bids.
This is for one HTML creative, but we may require a few variations (Extra will be paid)
HOW MUCH WILL BE PAY?
Well - if you have the experience, bid what you want - but you must be prepared to back up your bid with examples :-)
