Photoshop User Interface cutout for Iphone application

I have an Iphone page done in Photoshop CS6, that requires cutout to PNG so that IOS developer can use it. We may need a little adjustment too, the designer has to have some experience to cutout for IOS apps, as you need to name the files with @2x or @1x, etc.. this will make sense for people that done this before, or if you have no idea, check the web and see if you can do it. Either way in the end we need all cutout with proper naming in English in a zip file. This is the first page of several others, so we intent to use the designer again. Preference will be given to someone that has some similar work done before. I'm attaching a similar screen (which is not the one from my app), to give you a better idea.
