we have a wordpress website which is using cherry framework, and we need to make some css mods.

1. our menu has a lot of pages, and sub-pages. as a result the menu is not very userfriendlt. fix menu behaivior to be more stable when scrolling from menu item to other menu items. currently it jumps too much. see "practice area"
2. make colors in footer links blue.
3. contact us - [url removed, login to view] force people to have to click on the check box, before being able to submit. if not checked, make sure to notify them, that they have to check it before clicking sent.
4. In IE page text shows hyphens. fix this so hyphens do not show
5. on antorny profile pages disable or remove "Categries ....NEWs."

6. in the content sections of all pages. make it so the links are light-blue with underlines. and on hover make them brigher-blue. Note: make sure this does not effect any other part of the site. (example homepage etc., i say this becaise when i tried to change the color of the links from cherry options it changed the color of links everywhere. which is not what i wanted.)
Here are my requirements:
- i will work with a programmer directly. i will not work with middlemen and project managers.
- working hours - must be available USA California time. for troubleshooting.
- must have a stable fast internet / power
- must have cellphone for emergency
- must have skype with voice calling
- must speak basic English
