Small Buniess Apps

My company designs app for andorid and apple store for small to medium size businesses. I am willing to pay $50 for every app that is closed, I will pay half once I receive part of the customer money and the remaining half when app goes live in the store usually about 2-3 weeks out. The cost to customer will a set up fee of $1000 $500 due at signing and the other $500 once the app goes live. The apo will also have a monthly $80 maintenance fee for updates and support on our client data base.
