I need someone to create a website for me where i can create a database of Lenders. It is a pretty simple project. I need to be able to input several different parameters about the lender and will need to be able to search the database as well based on any or all of the criteria entered.

Input and search criteria will include:

-Lender name & contact info

-checkbox containing program info such as, permanent loan, mezzanine, bridge, hard money, equity

-min and max LTV

-Min DCR

-recourse (radio button for yes or no)

-checkbox for property type: industrial, retail, office, apartments, etc.

-Capital Source (radio buttons)

-Text box for notes on program.

I need the search function to contain all these parameters and be able to search by just one or all, including lender name, or contact name.
