I need a proposal for the following project.

The project involves a master Google spreadsheet that has a script embedded. The script queries a folder in the Google docs folder and extract rows and columns from the various formatted sheets in the Google docs. This information is then used to populate the master sheet. The consolidated information will also be extracted and used to populate another sheet on the same master spreadsheet.

I will add more information to make it clearer as questions are raised.
