MAGENTO WORLDPAY - orders pending payment

Hi Guys.

I have an issue with my Magento Website.

When a user completesa payment via worldpay, the payment goes through and they are sent a worldpay confirmation email. Howevever, they are not sent a magento transactional email saying the order is complete.

I checked all my agento and worldpay Settings and they are correct.

The only issue is that magento is stuck at...pending paymet...anf the confirmation email is not sent to the customer.

Does anyone have any experience with such issues?
