Need Google Maps placement on first page of Google for one keyword. Maps page has already been optimized and was ranking before, but have been out one keyword for about 3 months.

This is a pay per performance work. You will be paid once my maps page shows up on first page. I rank high on organic search results already but need the maps placement for local maps.
