Character animation for 3D game ( UDK )

We're seeking a talented 3D animator to improve upon existing animations in our game. We're looking for someone to replace the animations for a human character's movement. This includes idle animations, walking and running. The character is already fully rigged.
This is somewhat a gateway project; if you do the job well we have much more work available.
Preference to those with experience working in the Unreal Engine / UDK. If you know your way around a the AnimTree that's a big bonus, but not required.
