Lock Screen for Android with Pseudo 3D

I need to create "Lock screen" app for Android with pseudo 3D-effect for background, considering about using OpenGL.

Project consist of 3 screens. One of which is Lock screen by itself,

second screen - its settings for the Lock screen, with on/off switcher,

third - call screen.

Lock Screen consist of:

1. Top background

a) battery icon (5 sections)

b) analog clock (actual time is selected with blue)

c) text clock

2. Bottom Background

a) Zipper for screen unlock

Settings Screen consist of:

1. Top background

a) empty - when turned off

b) filled with image - when turned on.

c) description text:

i) Lockscreen is turned off

ii) This Lockscreen is in use

2. Bottom Background

a) switcher on/off (to use app lock screen or not)

Call Screen consist of:

1. Top background

a) battery icon (5 sections)

b) circle image of contact, which is calling

c) text: {Contact name} is calling...

2. Bottom Background

a) text: Decline

b) Phone icon

c) text: Answer.
