Write an Android application 1 using Appinventor and 1 using Java Eclipse for Android

i need to create two aps:
1st app is very simple that requires using Appinventor 1.
needs to review an establishment, choose a name in a drop down list, choose a mobile number either from the dropdown list (say establishment's branches' mobile numbers) write comment/review about establishment with an option to choose pre-set list or type his own comments and rating scheme like 5 stars, numbers, etc.)
2nd app android using java eclipse, which needs the following:
required fields are: reviewer id, name of establishment being reviewed type of establishment. These information must be entered, else error message.
optional fields are: type of food served,location of establishment name of staff assisted them.
details must be stored in sql lite where the revieer should be albe to list all details have been entered in the app.
this app must also use
:search and delete, JSON , allow photos taken from camera
more detailed instructions will be provided when project is awarded.
