iPhone and Android App Developer Needed for Emoji-style Keyboard

We are in need of a communicative, detail-oriented app developer to develop a 168-key, Emoji-style keyboard for the iPhone and Android, both with device keyboard integration. **WE WILL PROVIDE ALL 168 ASSETS FOR THE KEYBOARD**
1. The iPhone will need to be able to send these 168 "characters" to other iPhones, as well as to the Android.
2. The Android will need to be able to send these 168 "characters" to other Androids, as well as to the iPhone.
We will either need a third party server to translate characters from the iPhone to the Android (and vice versa) OR perhaps build a decoding lib in Java for Android to translate the characters from the iPhone / build a decoding lib in Objective-C for iPhone to translate characters from the Android, whatever will be most time-efficient and effective.
